Engaging SwathiArjun's company and services was the best recommendation I ever followed -- helping me manage a rather complex event at Sugar Space Arts Warehouse, near downtown Salt Lake City, with great success.From the very beginning, Swathi readily solved logistical puzzles for decorations, presentations, and a luscious family-style banquet spread for a hundred people.She transformed the lobby and gallery areas outside of the theater into bright celebrations of Diwali, bracketing performances of traditional dancing by ChitraKaavya Dance and Sonali Loomba. Swathi took lovely photos throughout the entire event, as well as staying on top of the action.The East Indian Folk Art exhibit was given a beautiful setting, and their cuisine went perfectly with the Bollywood songs and dances I played in loops on video.In fact, the whole evening seemed like the happy first act of a classic Bollywood movie, with SwathiArjun handling any minor problems that came our way.When it was all over, they cheerfully restored Sugar Space back to normal the same night, as I watched in astonishment while organizing my tasks for the next morning.
